MEET

With over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, Nichele is passionate about helping others achieve sustainable health through movement and mindful nutrition. Her background in personal training, group fitness, and corporate wellness is rooted in a love for preventative health and lifelong learning.

A former professional cheerleader for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Nichele’s journey began with dance and gymnastics, leading her to earn a B.S. in Exercise Science and Community Health from the University of North Florida.

She finds fulfillment in helping clients push past limits and reach goals they never thought possible. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her tackling new fitness challenges, snowboarding, scuba and freediving, surfing, and spending time with her husband and son.
